Molar gone

I was supposed to go to Zeeland this weekend, but decided to stay at home because I really need to finish my homework for my study. I am late already and really have to dive into it. So Kees decided to go alone with his brother. We picked BIL up last week, because when we came home after my MIL's cremation, one of his house mates, a 27 year old man ( Read more... )

The worrying thing for me is, that Jeroen died of a streptococ infection. I've had 'wondroos' (erysipelas) twice and sofar I've reacted good to the antibiotics I was prescribed. But he did not react to antibiotics. Erysipelas is a returning event unfortunately.

Furthermore, Jeroen was suffering from spastic cerebral palsy in a much more severe form than my BIL. He was wheelchair bound and could hardly talk. But he was a very loving, caring, happy young fellow. Last year he married Nancy, another of their house mates. And they were very happy together. He will be very much missed, not only by me.

Oh, that really is sad. :-(

The "wondroos" story is really scary, by the way--I can sure see why it would be "even slikken" when you heard about Jeroen.
