i want to make layouts with psp9 and want a rectangle area for text.. does anyone know how i would make the area transparent? && how i can get different kinds of text?
Make a new layer you use the box tool, like to make rectangles. then go over to the layer thing on the side and change it from 100% to like 70% or lower.
