It has been a while

my life has been up in the air, and then its been tossed around some more. And since the dust is now settling again, I can be up in the air with less air between me and the ground.

I paid off a bunch of debts, cancelled 35k worth of credit and now i'm on my happy way to becoming a proud owner of a mortgage.

lets see, whats next...
