Gibbs/Tony married story + jealous Jeanne

I think this story is an AU. Gibbs and Tony are married. Tony gets hurt and has to go to hospital. Jeanne is his doctor. She becomes jealous and believes she'd be better for Tony than Gibbs. One of her co-workers (maybe her superior) overhears her saying something like this and disciplines her.

If anyone know this story, I'd be grateful.
