Total lurker, but to be completely honest... I'm not feeling your Aigis at all. She's very one-dimensional and flat. If she were before unlocking Athena and before fighting Ryoji, she'd be fine, but... she just doesn't fit at all with her timeline. She's robotic and flat; the exact opposite of what she's supposed to be.

Same points apply to Rise, too with the additional points of, well... you're making her a total ditz. Rise isn't stupid, stop making her out to be (then again you could be playing her from a weird pre-game timeline, but i doubt that's it). The only thing I can recommend is to go back and replay both games, because somewhere along the way I think you lost your grip on both characters.

Also, I used to play Cloud and Johnny over at discedo--msterbrighteyes and johnnygarland, respectively--and I'm reapping although I think I might have to tweak the samples so any crit on those would be wonderful.
