Thanks for giving up Chick-Fil-A. We never really ate there, so it's no big sacrifice for us, but I really appreciate when people who like their food give it up to protest the things they support.

All of Vermont is opposed to Chick-Fil-A these days. It's filed a lawsuit against a Vermont man who sells these funky T-shirts that say "Eat More Kale." Chick-Fil-A says that's too much like their slogan, Eat Mor Chikun. Trust me, no one is going to mistake those cute T-shirts for a misspelled slogan for fast food.

I've never eaten there, and now never will.

"Sadly, I have stopped eating there. They've been supporting some anti-gay causes I don't agree with. It's a shame, really. I LOVE their food!"

I didn't know about that. Thanks for the heads up.

Three cheers for Amazon from me too! I did 99% of my shopping there this year. You cannot beat no shipping and no sales tax. Where I messed up was having it all sent here, so I could wrap items. I have the mother of all postal trips happening Saturday morning here.

I had a Chick-Fil-A chicken salad sandwich and a diet lemonade for dinner last night, coincidentally. ;-)

I was telling my sister about the Chick-Fil-A issue today. She had not heard about it, and was upset.

As to Amazon Prime, I have been a member for several years, and am hooked. So easy and worth every penny. I bet the UPS guy hates me though.
