I'm so pleased. I think the pressure to get it right is extra hard when it's someone you know and like 😊

Amanda and Agent Carter! This is a sweet, sweet partnership. With Howard Stark, to boot--pure catnip to the Illustrious Amanda. I do appreciate the way this story stretches from the Blitz through the McCarthy era, into Agent Carter's maturity and old age. The years spin by from Amanda's vantage with the speed of grainy film cels. Well done.

I enjoyed that a lot! Those two could really raise some hell. It would have been fun to see Amanda tease Jarvis since he's so easily flustered. I always appreciate stories in which Steve knew an immortal (Immortals, Vampires, Jack Harkness, all good) and is happy to see someone he knows as he remembers them in the present ( ... )

Thanks :)

I am a comic Marvelite so I knew about the reason for Nick's longevity, which is what I was going to write in for MCU Nick until the film Jossed me. It was getting thrown for a loop that made me shelve it, and I don't really pay much attention to Ultimates universe so I wasn't aware of that little nugget. Might be a good way around my mental block on that story, thank you :)

Oh and, Amanda and Jarvis? She'd eat him alive! 😊
