I do like you your "Don’t forget to smile." Perfectly sinister. But it's smashing to see Amanda cope so well in this situation - of course she does, but it's still nail-biting!

Oh, Amanda. Oh, you are in such trouble. This is such a great look at something all too possible in the world of Highlander, and I love the Watchers having a contingency plan for it.

Thank you, belatedly, for such a lovely gift. It's clever, believable, inevitable, frightening, and affectionate, about my favorite character. It's a dilemma that perfectly fits my favorite fictional universe, as well. I really appreciate how much you expressed in a short fic. And I love the final, menacing, advice to the trapped.
