Brilliant crossover. And wonderful use (or abuse) of Walter.

Oh qatsi101, thank you. I really did had such problems writing Sherlock Holmes - Unovis absolutely rescued this story, it was a total mess before she got her hands on it (and she did all the Walter bits!) - it's really lovely to know you liked it. Thank you for saying, truly appreciated!

Rich and savory description of place and character! Or, in some cases, unsavory *g*. Felt bad for the ship going short of good hemp lines for the sheets!

Fun to watch Methos spar with The Great Ego Detective before vanishing like a tendril of fog on the Limehouse docks.

You've got brilliant way with comments, mackiedockie. I really do love this one too. Thank you so much again for taking the time to write - you really have made me smile twice over today!

I did fail at doing a strikethrough on Ego--I've been a Holmes fan from the original stories, but the Downey version does beg to be taken down a peg *g*.

Merry New Year!

Brilliant, brilliant piece, in all its lapidary and precise details. I especially love that the theatre really is Holy Ground.

It really is - Unovis and I have the plans to prove it! Actually, it was a great piece of research - far more fun, I have to say, than writing this: all the good bits are Unovis'. You should have seen (actually, maybe not) the total mess it was before she got her hands on it. Any brilliance is hers. So, I am truly glad you liked it, but I promise you it's her work you're liking!

- and if your day's anything like mine, may your comment answering be smooth and easy! (We have made it past tapas and onto sticky toffee pudding... )
