Having just gone to the mall a week before Christmas I understand Methos' reluctance. You captured that shopping atmosphere perfectly. And Amanda was brilliant here - shopping, burning pants, stealing necklaces. So many goodies in these lines.

I love this story. I have a weakness for first time stories and Duncan is particularly adorable here trying to find the words while starting to flirt and discombobulate Methos.

Lovely story - and I'm with Methos. Avoid the malls at all costs. I loved Amanda stealing back the necklace she had given Rebecca (got a little misty eyed there) and it's a gorgeous necklace. I loved the bit where Duncan says that the flirting & touching stopped and he didn't know how to start it again. Of course Methos had an answer for that! I loved Amanda listening in and then going off to get her own happy ending. And ending with what Duncan had said to Amanda in the final series episode was such a nice touch. Loved it to pieces.

I absolutely loved this! So charming, and fun dialogue. And slightly flustered and awkward Duncan is always a good thing. :D So many fun bits, too many to quote, although I think "My Dear Duncan," was probably my favorite. Thank you!
