1. Considering how many stories are coming in, I'd like to have them spaced out. It'll keep the new batch from being overwhelming and will prevent the first few from getting buried on the AO3 listing, which'll make it easier for non-Shortcuts participants to find everything.

2. No preference from me. It might help from a transition perspective for any fans who would't otherwise know to go check AO3?

3. Noted, and I'll try. This is the kind of thing I'll mess up while repeatedly checking to make sure I'm not. :)

1) If we are doing this on Ao3, is there a way to do a partial release? The only fests I've been involved with there have been all-or-nothing. I am okay with either way, although I wouldn't mind having them released at once and then I'll read at my own pace. I wonder if that might get more comments, too - the early stories tend to get more and then they seem to peter out by the end.

2) If we do them all at once, maybe the summary post here? Then people can either go to the collection directly or from the link here.

A few a day is my preference, too! I imagine think that it helps with reading and commenting, especially on workdays.

I've found on FKFicFest that if I make myself a "template" in advance, posting announcements to LJ/DW isn't too big a deal. If you're posting several a day, you could combine all the stories for the day into a single announcement post...?
