Challenge 30
Good day all and thank you for your patience. With all of the ups and downs that LJ has been experiencing, logging on has been challenging to say the least. Nonetheless, we're here for the long run. So a few extra hours is just that: a few extra hours.
So, for our next challenge, here's hoping you'll like this: it's time for an "Artist's Choice". Yep, we would ask that you, the artist, create five of your favourite icons. Complete freedom -- other than the fact that Highlander (either movie or telly) needs to be in the icon -- in one way or another.

This challenge will end at 09:00 AM GMT (04:00 a.m. EST in North America), Friday 29 April 2011. Entries will be up shortly thereafter and voting will run for two days, with voting ending at 09:00 AM GMT (04:00 a.m. EST in North America), Sunday, 1 May 2011. Results and the next challenge will be up shortly thereafter on the morning of the 1st of May.

The Rules:
1. You may enter up to 5 [FIVE] icons.
2. No animation.
3. Use of textures, blending, text etcetera is all permitted.
4. Icons must meet the standard LJ requirements of 100x100 pixels and no larger than 40 KB in size. This will be enforced; if your icon doesn't meet the 100x100 pixels requirement, it will be rejected by the mods.
5. Icons must be made specifically for this challenge; please don't use a previously made icon.
6. Do not post the icons you made for this challenge anywhere else until the challenge is over and the winners are announced.
7. Submit your icons and URLs in a comment to this entry; all comments are screened.
8. This challenge will end at 09:00 AM GMT (04:00 a.m. EST in North America), Friday 29 April 2011.
