The record version of Television's "Marquee Moon" is 9:58. If you're going by ten-minute intervals, it's downright useful.

When I wake up in the morning, I have to close my eyes and plan out in minute detail every single thing (up, clothes on, strip bed, throw bedding down stairs, brush teeth, disinfect bathroom, collect bags, empty bags, down stairs, load washer, load bread machine, and so on) I'm going to do before I turn my laptop on or else I will just forget and read my flist all day.

If I'm doing something, I have to be reminded to go to bed, eat, drink etc. I have no off switch. This is quite similar to #1. Hm.
