Like I said, everything's fine. It was mutual and everything, no bad feelings between us at all.

But, yes, yay for car! It's nice and friendly and doesn't break down at all.

This sounds all amicable and whatnot but still...there's bound to be some kind of emotional fall out from this.

Yeah, I'm good. There's mild emotional fallout, but nothing really difficult or anything. It's surprisingly easy. Which, I suppose I might end up wearing my underpants on my head in six months when it fully hits me or something, but I think that won't happen. =)

Thanks. Yeah, everything is fine and dandy, really. I got a lot of research notes for my mind control ray, and she only drools on even-numbered days with a full moon, so I don't think she was damaged too badly.

Sorry I didn't call you back last night, but I was Veronica Marsathoning it with my ma til 1am. Then I got to wake up and have a big ole fight with MY mindless love slave. So I've been a little out of commission. But you know I'm always available if you need me. Except when I'm not.

Bleah. Anyway. I work from 4 till close. I'll try and give you a call on my dinner break.

Yes, nothing cements a new friendship like nursing someone through a bad case of the throwing up everything you ate in your entire life-itis.

We don't close till eleven, so I won't get out till close to midnight. I usually take my break around 8ish.
