:-) Me, too. We used to have an English recording of it from the Metropolitan Opera, on vinyl, and I listened to it constantly until I was about 9, when I left it out by a window and it warped. I was so bummed. It's nearly impossible to find a recording of it in English nowadays. Though, trying to track down an MP3 file to post (no luck), I happened upon a DVD of a Met performance in English. Yay!! So thanks!

I dunno. It's about twice what I have, but I seem to have much less than, well, anyone and everyone...

why Blockbuster and not Netflix? (curious since I'm getting one soon I think...)

hope Friday is treating you well

why Blockbuster and not Netflix?

Price was about the same ($14.99 a month), and with blaurosen's little email code thingie, I got a month for free. I asked her about title availability and those things you hear about Blockbuster editing movies, and she said she hadn't found anything she wanted that they didn't have, or that they appear to have edited. So I figured, hey, a month free. What the hell?

And now what looks like a fairly bad movie that features Ross in a loincloth, as well as two movies featuring Special Agent Dr. Webster, Paratrooper, will be appearing in my mailbox Tuesday.

Friday's okay. Doctor's appt went well. Meetings not too awful, though I did start laughing uncontrollably during one because my boss-boss-boss (whom I know pretty well as his daughter's in my book club) kept asking pointed questions about our problem authors' health and age. I swear he was plotting to kill them off.
