In which my psyche punishes/rewards me

Jun 22, 2007 06:59

Yesterday I had one of those days where my psyche, for no valid reason, took out a two-by-four and beat me up with it. Went from being just fine to a weeping mess at my desk within the space of about two minutes. It was fun. Then I went to class and the air conditioning blowing arctic wind directly on me messed with my already-wavering sinuses so ( Read more... )

Hee! BEST. DREAM. EVER. :D And lucky you, you could ever yours. Mine was kind of futuristic RP-based? But I can't recall the details now... *pouts*

I love it when my brain works for the Forces of Good.

When I realized I was waking up because of that damned bird, I said to my brain, "Brain," I said, "Do not forget this. We're going to go back over every detail right now so we remember this because Jared's tummy is a thing of beauty to behold and pet, and Jensen smells SO GOOD and we will never forgive us if we don't remember this." And when I woke up again, I went, "OMG! Do I remember?!" And I did! :-)

Thanks, honey. I'm working on some aggressive optimism to get me over the hurdle. Can't afford to sink into pit of despair this weekend, as I have to research and write my final. Sense memory of Jared's tummy and Jensen's smell helps :-)

And *grovels* THANK YOU for coffee and krispy kremes. JUST what I needed. (Seriously, stupidest gas station attendant this morning, WOULD NOT let me have my coffee, and when I finally wrestled it out of her, it appeared to have been filtered through SUCK.)

Thank you! The cold has backed off a bit with 10 hours of not sitting directly under the AC vent, and I plan to treat it aggressively with drugs, juice, and water. And there's always Winchesters, who, as we know, cure what ails ya.

*hugs back*

Did they launch a crazy satellite without warning us?? Because, seriously, there's no call for me to revert back to my emo 12-year-old state of mind.

Also, unrelated (maybe?): My God, Ron's sweater is so gloriously ugly. I kinda love the costumer.

Hahaha. DUDE, you all but had a straight-out threesome dream. I. want. your. brain. (This is always true, but even more so now.)

*hugs* I hope you're feeling better. Let me know if I can do anything?

You know what's funny? This is the second dream I've had featuring me involved with Jared, and there have been heavy threesome implications in both of them. The first one was the two of us at a diner with Megan, and I allowed as how it would be all right with me if they made out. So they did. And then I was pretty sure that we were all going to be married by the end of the week.

Feeling a bit more functional today, though still having to ward off my inner titty baby with many finger-shakings and harsh words.

Actually, any chance I could hit you up for a beta on my final paper toward the end of the weekend? My goal is to have a draft Sunday night. My presentation's on Tuesday, but the paper itself isn't due till Thursday, so I wouldn't need instantaneous turnaround. Minimum eight pages, probably won't go as long as the last one.

Happy to beta for you this weekend! And speaking of which, I've been marking up hard copies of your story on the train this week. I need to transcribe my comments so I can email them to you.

Thank you! I fear this one's going to be a lot more BS than the other, but, well... What're you gonna do, except strive to at least get it grammatically flawless?

And, awww, thank you for story comments! Hope it's been helping with commute blahs.
