Wow. I feel really weird today. I've been sleeping really restlessly lately, what with the neck/shoulder/back pain making nearly every position uncomfortable. New pillows should arrive any day now, and I hope they will help

the only thing that has actualy been shown to help with the cold thing is...chicken soup... tho echinacia is a good source of fiber and vitiman C makes your pee dark ;-)
