LOL! Very relateable. It sucks when that happens at work and you could get fired if you lose it.

I'm pretty good at keeping it under control at work. I've only argued back 'forcefully' with one customer in the four years I've worked there. ^_^;;;

I did finally lose it and scream outside on Tuesday, it went kind of like: "AAAAAAAAAAAAAAUUUUUUUUUUUUUUGGGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!" >_>;;

Unfortunately this type of day has become rather normal for me these days. I'm optimistic about some possible changes within the next year or two though!
