Playing With Fire
The heat between them is the closest thing he’ll ever get to heaven; his first taste of something close to hell, and if he’s honest, it almost breaks him, almost tears him in two. But fuck all, he’s got a reputation to uphold, and so he reaches, keens under those hands that melt against him, heavy and sure and slow, so slow, like they’re both lost even as they’re found. It’s something they’re too weak to fight, anymore; like looking death in the eye and saying fuck it; okay.
Playing with fire’s dangerous. They’re just too far gone to care.
