Mine says Birth Certificate, but it's also a 'short form' re-issue from '07. It was good enough to get me my passport though.

You know, the last time this came up, I looked up the "natural-born citizen" thing and the courts pretty well decided it in the 1790s. I don't feel like doing it again because it's LATE, and google works just as well for anyone else.

Inheriting citizenship from a parent isn't "wiggle room". It's THERE, right in there, by the first legal definitions of the term.
