[After those weeks of a lot of sleep, she's developed a bit of insomnia because, really, too much sleeping.

So she's wondering around when she comes upon Draco.]

...are you trying to make a broomstick?

Oh, it's different when it's from actual flying. Just became a pet peeve of mine when good flyers ruffle their hair all the time to always look like they got off a broomstick. So I end up avoiding watching them fly so they don't assume something.

[Can't help, but laugh.] The man I'm apparently going to marry. Though he has actually stopped that now.

[Another laugh.] Just don't let Sirius or Harry hear you say that. I think Lupin might laugh too though.

I'm not worried about what they hear me say, actually.

Well, I was just thinking Sirius might hex you. I'm...not sure what Harry would do, actually, but I'm still getting to know him. But people are usually always sensitive about their parents.

I'd like to see either of them try, actually. It wouldn't end well for them.

I think it's better to just avoid a needless conflict entirely, myself.

You're kind of defensive, you know.

I'm not defensive, I just know what I'm capable of that others aren't.

That's not why you sound defensive. It's the fact you jump almost every time it seems like someone might be questioning your abilities when they really aren't.

I only meant my comment to mean it'd avoid some sort of conflict. Not that I necessarily thought you'd be beaten or anything like that. I hadn't even been thinking about who would win.

I honestly don't think it's your place to be commenting on such things, considering.

You can't seriously be asking.

I'd like to hear why you think so?
