I think Toothless probably had a bunch of brothers and sisters and they rolled around in a pile of baaaaby Night Furies tussling all the time. Also, that he's had to babysit for other dragons before. Part of that headcanon is tied up in why his relationship with Burupya goes the way it does (adorably.)

ARTHUR HAS TO MARRY IO AND MAKE HER HIS QUEEN, how does that work out for everyone? Alternately, Rayfell or Brittany.

Without the "for you to react off" part of that sentence, I'd have said Tetsuo, Kaneda, and Kai from Akira. Because I just want to WATCH THE MAGNFICENCE. The characters who'd get the strongest reactions off of mine are generally canonmates, though. So make that Jenna Angel from DDS, Stoick the Vast from HTTYD, and the Undertaker from Black Butler. Wakaba Oak from 07g gets an honorary mention because I just love Shuri that much.

Under what situations would your characters absolutely not be able to get along?

SEBASTIAN'S BEST END: Ciel becomes an irredeemable husk of a person who still struggles with his conscience even as events have moved him completely past any hope of sunrise, and completes his revenge. Sebastian gets his soul at the end. :)

SEBASTIAN'S WORST END: The end of KSII anime.

LIEN'S BEST END: Britain becomes part of France, Laurence is executed and Temeraire banished to the Arctic Circle, Yongxing's old faction in China comes to power and still listens to her advice, though she will probably never be able to go home for good.

I THINK I HAVE DONE THAT BEFORE but okay it's a series in which ridiculously enormous dragons are used as an AU element in historical fiction which starts off slow and then proceeds to warp the hell out of everything related to the history of the Napoleonic era until the Napoleonic War is suddenly a world war and, in the immortal words of our Temeraire player: "WE HAVE TOTALLY DITCHED HISTORY NOW napoleon what are you doing helping the Africans invade Brazil"

I have played with the idea. I THINK PERHAPS A CAT because he's basically a cat already, though a bird missing half it's tail has pathos potential. :|a

I've been really interested in Okita since that game, actually! Tell me what you love about him?

EVERYTHING? Um. Okita pinged me pretty quickly as my favorite character in Hakuouki. I think the thing that pinged me first about him was that most Okita Soujis I've seen have been more along the PMK model, where they're very small and slight and delicate looking, and often very kind, and Hakuouki Okita waaaassssn't? He's still very pretty, but he's one of the taller characters, and always flashing chest, and while he can be kind, he also has a terrible sense of humor. There are similarities, still, like you'd expect! And the mix just made him really interesting to me. I think most Okitas have some of the contrasts I like about him--like being a weapon, but enjoying children?--but this one brings it out in a way that pinged me so hard. I just knew I could have fun with him.

Plus, vampire. >.> And did I mention he's hot? I am so very shallow always.

Who's Sebastian's favorite person in camp?

Aside from Ciel, Rain is unquestionably the person he's most interested in, but Cheryl is probably his favorite! Because she's hilarious. Tiny sensible child who is somehow having sex with a vampire! What!

Tell me about Itachi and Neji breaking up, and Neji's feelings on that? I missed that whole thing and was full of feelings when I saw it referred to in other threads!

What's one AWESOME IN-CAMP RELATIONSHIP/DYNAMIC you never expected one of your characters to make when you apped them?

I pretty much have ONE PER CHARACTER that makes my life ~brighter.~ Sera and Kharg still amazes me with how hard he was able to top her even after he's been dropped a while now - I love aaaall of Sera's CR but some things, like her jesusing people, I have come to expect. :|a Toothless and Arthur was also out of the blue and delightful, as was Sebastian's fondness for jerking Rain around. Lien and Luffy absolutely has to take the cake, though. HOW DID THAT EVEN HAPPEN. It would not have happened in any other RP or with any Luffy who was less dedicated to jumping me every time I got her out for six plus months, I think. That relationship is THE SPECIALEST.

TotA suddenly gets a sequel a la Symphonia! Tell me about it, with bonus points for making it not quite measure up in similar ways!

UMMM. The protagonist would be a replica! One of the replicated Hod folks, likely. S/he would stumble upon some sort of fonon problem--instability the first game party caused by screwing with all those Sephiroth and with Lorelei--wreaking havoc with the Seventh Fonons and threatening the lives of replicas all over the world oh no!!! Endgame spoiler is weirdly immune but also MIA doing hero-y things so part of the game would be a quest to find out wtf he's up to. Like Symphonia you'd run into the original party and get them to travel with you at times, but you would also have two or three constant new replica characters! Political crap is going down over finding them a place to live (exacerbated by endgame spoiler being missing); Malkuth and Kimlasca have an uneasy peace going; Daath is in the middle of TOTAL UPHEAVAL. People are like, DID THE REPLICAS MAKE SCORE GO AWAY, GRRRR. And the newparty has to deal with that too

I like my videogames to have story! I prefer jrpgs because I'm actually terrible at videogames - pretty much everything I've ever succeeded at besides Zelda can be conquered through buttonmashing or turn-based battles. I like story, but if there isn't any, I like the game's world to have depth and texture and mythology, something I can sink my brain into. (Again, Zelda is a good example of being light on story and heavy on things that make me love it anyway.) Sadly I can't really do much with first-person shooters or horror games because of my COORDINATION FAIL, though I'll watch stuff on Youtube for them sometimes and I adore watching my brother play through Metroid or Halo. As for what the story and characters are like, I have pretty much the same taste as in the rest of my media, with a bias towards plots that are driven emphatically by the relationships characters have with one another and fondness for seeing that go down in everything from really terrible situations like in DDS to THIS
