I worked a 12 hour shift today. and i will end up with close to 50 hours this week. and for those of you who don't actually have to deal with the general public this might not seem like a lot... but let me tell you... life's a bitch when the general public is involved. I'm trying to find some more brain cells before this weekend.. I'm glad that

life is a bitch when dealing with the general public.
i'm deal with them at a distance [over the phone] and it's all i can do to stay sane sometimes. that, and taking what little satisfaction i can from the fact that these people that frustrate me so won't get those amazing tickets they want and ask me five times if they're really sold out, maybe you should have bought some earlier genius. and no, better seats won't magically appear.
