cosplay update 2006-05-02

over the weekend, we managed to hammer out the double-breasted jacket pattern for greymountain and astrael_nyx. only time will tell if the modifications to the stock pattern will do the job as well as we hope. i also began assembling greymountain's skirt, but ran into a stumbling block when it came time to attach the zipper...i couldn't find an appropriate zipper foot for use with

Do you *really* want to know? cause.....cause..it's cantonese chow mein..with the veggies, meat, noodles and all. THat's why it's kinda smushy but crunchy.
