Tears of Truth Part 1

Disclaimer and Warnings: None of the Weiss boys belong to me, yeah I find it very sad too. They all belong to the very pretty Takehito Koyasu and Project Weiss...that makes it a little easier to take. The plot isn't mine either, just writing down a very wonderful RP that I miss like Woah. Although, some minor plot points may be changed. Not betaed, at all. All mistakes are mine and mine alone. Hiriko is all mine though, well mostly mine since you know there were rules when I made her. This means that YES there is an original female character involved, however hopefully there is no SUE resemblance to be found. This will be an alternate universe from the end of the original series on.

Rating: - PG-13
Characters: - Aya, Ken, Yoji, Omi, Manx, Schuldig, Hiriko Sands (Saunders), Brad Crawford, Nagi, Farfarello.
Summary: What lengths will Kritiker have to go to stop Schwarz once and for all? And why does it involve a girl with more than a few secrets?

Hiriko stood on the roof of her building looking at the city with the opened envelope held loosely in her hand. She had read it three times and still it made no sense, "There will be a car to pick you up at 3. If you want a job all you have to do is get in. More details will be forthcoming." It wasn't signed, and it was nearly three now. Was she really that desperate for money? Since she had been forced to leave school the answer was yes. Her aunt wanted nothing to do with her, and muttered under breath how much like her mother Hiriko had become. At least she didn't live with the woman any more. She sighed putting the envelope in her purse. A quick glance in a hand mirror and she was ready to head down the street. Her green eyes were the only things she had inherited from her unknown Western father. She hated them. Usually she wore colored contacts, but she found with other worries on her mind it just didn't matter like it used to.

The car was on time. She got in not sure what to expect, and she wasn't reassured when the driver wouldn't talk to her. At least the drive wasn't as long as she had feared. She glanced up at the sign. A flower shop? That didn't make sense. At least they didn't look busy. She took a moment to watch the men running the shop through the glass of the window. They seemed comfortable with one another. One of them looked so young she wondered how he got away with working, maybe his family owned it? The other one leaned over the counter flirting with a woman who was finishing her purchase. She wasn't sure what to make of him. Another was carrying a plant. He looked tan, and she wondered what he did that allowed him to spend so much time outside? And then she saw HIM bright red hair that couldn't be natural standing apart from the others. She gasped almost afraid to actually go in. She shook her head. There was no reason to be stupid. This was probably the wrong address anyway, or maybe it was a prank. Still she couldn't take her eyes off of him as she entered the building. She felt the thoughts hit her at once. Damn, she put her hands to her head. The 'medicine' she took should have lasted longer than this. She could hear the woman's mental sputtering as she wondered when she could see Yoji. Yoji, was that the blond? Then she heard another voice planning a soccer game. The athletic one then. Yoji was beaming and thinking he would have to show Omi all of his moves or the boy never would have a date. The silent one came over to her, perhaps noticing her distress.

"Are you alright?" He asked. His presence was soothing somehow in a way she couldn't explain, but then she was hit with thoughts about visiting the hospital the next day.

"I'm fine. I..think I'm in the wrong place." She couldn't tune them out and more and more thoughts made their way through her consciousness.

"No, Miss Sands, you aren't." Someone, a woman, said from behind her. "But this isn't the place for us to talk, perhaps downstairs?" Yoji's thoughts burst through her mind again, something about Manx and a date. She wasn't sure if he actually said that, but whatever he said the woman brushed away taking Hiriko's arm and leading her downstairs.

"Are you comfortable?" She was asked as she found herself seated.

"I'm..I'm fine." She could breathe a little easier, though she still couldn't keep the thoughts out. "May I have some water, please?" She needed to take the pill. It made things seem a bit distant, which was probably dangerous, but at least it helped her control things a little more easily.

"You shouldn't take those anymore." Manx informed her as she gave her some water. "This is the last."

"How?" She managed to gasp out after she swallowed the pill.

"We know all about you and your 'gift', Miss Sands. That's why you're here. We need your help."

"Do I actually have a choice?" She asked as she moved away from the other woman looking for a way out.

Manx said nothing, and made no movement, but Hiriko heard her thoughts before the fog took over. "No."
