Copy/paste from DW:
All summarized/translated from Chinese, I do not guarantee the accuracy of anything, some parts were translated at 3am when I had the mentality of a braindead monkey, etc.
Chapter 1: Life and Death
- Good Haro's tsl is already up
Chapter 2: The Realm of the Gods
- The person knocking at the door turns out to be a little girl calling for help because her brother was choking on some fruit he picked off a tree and was about to die. Shion saves the kid and brings them back to their mom's house. Later, Shion asks Nezumi about going to the marketplace tomorrow but Nezumi's all tsundere about it and denies ever making such a claim. He says Shion can wander around alone tomorrow if he wants.
- The next day, at the marketplace - Shion immediately gets himself in trouble and a guy almost shoots him, but a lady pulls him to safety. The lady turns out to be a prostitute trying to rope him in as a customer, but the Lord of Autism is oblivious to everything as expected. The whore gets impatient and ends up planting a kiss on Shion, demanding money for it. This is where Nezumi shows up and trolls everyone:
Nezumi: "Excuse me, that guy is mine."
whore: "What?"
Nezumi: "He's mine, so please return him to me."
whore: "I see... no wonder he didn't react, he's not interested in women."
Shion: "What? That's not--"
Nezumi: "Yes, exactly. He said he's very attracted to me, so no matter how beautiful the woman, he won't be interested."
The prostitute still wants payment for the kiss though. Nezumi "pays" by making out with her and then giving her an orange.
- Later they encounter an old dead woman, which gives Shion a shock. Nezumi says that there are people who will clean up dead bodies for a fee, and that's how they make their living around here. (I want to call them "undertakers" but I don't know what the original Japanese says). They encounter one of these people and he tries to ask Shion for a drink, but Nezumi escapes and Shion manages to kick the guy in the crotch and escapes as well.
Chapter 3: The Profane and the Sacred
- Shion and Nezumi end up in the ruins of an old city, where Inukashi's hotel is located. Not much to summarize here since the anime already covered it. (Only thing that needs to be cleared up is that Inukashi's gender is never revealed throughout the novels. However, the fandom regards her as female so I'll be using female pronouns in these summaries.) Inukashi gives them info on Karan's message and where the building described might be, so the two start heading out.
- Now we're introduced to these two guys in No.6. One of them is referred to as "man in the white lab coat" and the other with the nickname "Fennec". They talk about a certain experiment they're doing and how it's going to be the final piece that completes No.6.
- Now Shion and Nezumi are at Rikiga's apartment, the building mentioned in Karan's message. They see a woman - Rikiga's crazy ex-girlfriend - trying to stab him with a knife. Nezumi gets her to leave by pretending that he and Shion are Rikiga's long lost sons and please don't disrupt our happy reunion. It turns out Rikiga is a giant fan of "Eve", Nezumi's stage name. But then Nezumi proceeds to troll and insult the hell out of him like he usually does, and yeah, fan status is lost. Back to plot - Rikiga was a friend of Karan from a long time ago, also a one-sided love on his part. Right now he's both a porn magazine publisher and a prostitute dealer - except he deals with higher-ups from No.6 so he gets quite a lot of money from it. He suggests that Nezumi try the business too, which causes Shion to go yandere-mode-ON and literally almost chokes Rikiga to death before Nezumi manages to restrain him. Right before the two leave, Nezumi notices an old photo with a certain guy in it - when asked how he knows the guy, Nezumi only says, "He's the one who gave me my name."
Chapter 4: The Angel of Hades
- Back in No.6 with Karan. There's a quick recap of events from her side since Shion's arrest - she was in so much despair she almost committed suicide, but Nezumi's mouse arrived just at the right time to tell her that Shion was still alive and safe. He also tells her that a brown mouse will represent good news while a black one will represent bad news.
- Then a scene with Safu and Karan - Safu came back because her grandmother died and is now paying a visit to Karan. She's realized that Shion is still alive and is most likely in West Block, and she's determined to go there to see him whether it kills her or not. Karan tries to stop her, but to no avail. Later outside, people from the Ministry of Peace suddenly kidnap Safu. Karan, who was chasing after her, sees this. She goes back to her house and writes a message to the mouse to send back to Nezumi.
Chapter 5: Quiet Crisis
- Nezumi and Shion are having a discussion on what to do about No.6. Shion still wants to save people from the killer wasps, but Nezumi obviously thinks otherwise.
Nezumi kicked his leg.
The chair fell over and Shion along with it, toppling over many books and scaring away the mice.
"What are you doing?!"
Shion tried to stand up, but Nezumi was faster. His knee pushed down on the pit of Shion's stomach, hands pushing down his shoulders.
"Shion..."
Nezumi looked at Shion's face from above him, moving his hands from Shion's shoulders to his throat. His fingers wrapped around Shion's neck. He slowly strengthened his grip.
"You won't resist?"
"Resisting would be no use anyway."
"You sure do give up easily. You don't cherish your life at all?"
"Of course I do."
"You don't think I could possibly kill you, is that right?"
"Right."
Nezumi laughed. Gray eyes, thin lips, high nose, his smiling face was beautiful yet grim.
"Don't think so highly of yourself."
Shion asks why Nezumi has such a grudge against No.6, but he doesn't answer.
"If I told you, would you help me?"
"Huh?"
"Will you take up a knife with me and stab the heart of the city that you grew up in? Will you give up saving that place and help me destroy it instead? I don't need any serum. If those parasitic wasps are real, then we can use them to create chaos in No.6 from the inside. I want to see those people that have always lived freely inside No.6 panic, run wildly, and perish by themselves. That is my motive. Will you help me? Shion."
Shion shook his head and looked away from those gray eyes.
"I can't."
Nezumi shook off his hands.
"You're always like this! You don't have any awareness of what you're arguing for. You need to be more aware! If you know the truth, then you can't look away anymore, you can't return to being happy and carefree. Why can't you even understand this...? Shion, let me ask you one more question."
Nezumi kneeled down and cupped his fingers under Shion's chin.
"Me or No.6, which do you choose?"
After Shion doesn't answer, Nezumi gives up on the conversation. This only further convinces him that one day they'll end up as enemies. As Nezumi is about to leave for work, he notices a dog waiting outside, carrying a message from Inukashi asking for Shion's help to take care of her dogs. The Lord of Autism is extremely excited about his new job. Meanwhile, Nezumi notices that the mouse he sent to Karan has returned with another message - "Safu has been arrested by the Ministry of Peace. Save her. K" He decides to keep the message a secret from Shion for now.

Not much in the way of translations here, future summaries will have more. Volume 2 was back when I was still getting used to reading Chinese again, so these translations are probably the worst of what I've done anyway.
And I just remembered that I was dead set on not making these summaries public when I first wrote them, because I hate people spreading spoilers... I'm such a hypocrite~
