It's vaguely like being on Lundy, but less polished.

I'd bought a mug of tea early on and was looking around for the sugar and stirring-twigs, when I realised that everything had been humped off a boat and hauled up the side of the island by hand. If I grabbed a fresh twig or more sugar packets than I needed, then I would be actively making more work for some of the people in the room.

It was something of moment.
