Hm. You're the second person in a week to mention supplemental vitamin D. I think that's a sign.

When I say 'found' I mean 'I tidied the computer room, unearthed a box, and there was kit I'd not seen since moving in.' Which, um, yes.

I've been taking Vit D at half-toxic level for a while now. I feel enormously less sluggish in general.
