After Sunday dinner of duck a l'orange, we have two spare Seville oranges. I'm thinking an orangey take on a margherita would be a fine idea.

Although, large pan of hacked up oranges soaking in water today, marmalade or swearing tomorrow would likely be closer to the truth.
