Ugh. I worked for an SEO company for three months. Three months of mindlessly mining keywords for bland corporate sites. Ooh, it's a new Peugeot. It was the temptation to do things like that which lead to the SEO company and I mutually agreeing to part company. I've been so much happier since I moved back to the charity sector.

Think how I feel about it. "Have you considered the SEO implications?" is a standard question that other agencies ask us and our clients when they're trying to chisel some business out of our clients, and want to make us look bad.

And I want to beat them bloody while screaming "SEO is if horseshit! Build it right, use properly, standards compliant markup with all the appropriate bits, and build something people fucking *want*. Everything else is lies!"

But I'm not allowed to do that.

It`s a nice little routine of Bills that you`ve based this on, but it DOES annoy me. I agree bill, ut I don`t think all these marketing types are just going to up and kill themselves. No.

I think we need to SELL them the idea.
