You can colour me moderately peeved. The local GP has had more trade out of me in the last four weeks than in the previous four years and I am now sucking down Erythromycin every few hours (pauses for Usenet Joke), the Saab failed its MOT on a couple of stupid things (a blown bulb and the alleged bendy-pipe between manifold and exhaust. Because I'd forgotten that Protyre did pipework, too. Oh, and they were the only people who didn't go either 'Sarb? Wosswunnadem?' or 'Cor. Thassa special innit. We'll 'ave to get one in from Finland. Take about two weeks and 900 quid.'

There was a lot of bastardy at Bicester, including a ghastly pair of Vicky Pollards who kept trying to push me out of the way of the nasty spangly Jimmy Choos. I did get to stab them with the sharp corners of my shopping bags, so it wasn't all bad.

Perhaps the sunday crowds are different, but I was somewhat surprised at how polite people were being.

BTW: they had some lovely coats in MaxMara for £100.

I used to work at an establishment very close to the shopping village (which would make the inhabitants shopping-idiots, no?) so spent many bored lunchtimes lurking around laughing at the 'bargain' prices in Lacroix dahling.

Hope you and the motor are both better for the comming weekend.
