I have a new favourite cheese. Smoked Westcombe has knocked the local smoked cheddar and the smoked (are we seeing a pattern here?) goat's cheese (from some farm I'll never find again in the wilds of Pembrokeshire) into second and third places.

Sharp enough to suck all the moisture from your face. Marvellous.

What are the regulations on international cheese-smuggling? Draconian, no doubt.

I think you have to come here to get cheese (we can't ship any fresh foods to the US). Another reason to come to Orbital 2008? ;)

God I love smoked cheese. Though I can't imagine very sharp and smoky going together!

Is there some sort of smoked cheese website I can order some from?

It's like really antagonistic mousetrap cheddar that's been lobbed into a damp and smoky bonfire instead of some spuds or a papist effigy.

I am not currently aware of www.iwantmycheesedelivered.co.uk. Half of me recoils in web2.0 horror, the other half reads the relevant passage from 'Three men in a boat' through half-moon spectacles.

As you say, !.

With a side order of 'Rural web-design'? Gosh, it so doesn't show.

The farm shop up past Frampton Cotterell. They've got all sorts up there since expanding earlier in the year.
