It's time to hand in my idle bugger card and start looking for lycra things to wear:

(i) This afternoon, while waiting in a particularly well-chilled computer room for one of the semi-intelligent PDUs to restart, I started doing sit-ups to keep warm. They were easy.

(ii) I'm rather looking forward to the running-club-thing in two weeks.

Lycra? Noooooooo. A grown man should not be seen in Lycra outside of the Tour De France or a fetish club. Though admittedly, gymwear for goths is often a difficult one.
