Seriously, there was way too much delicious food at jennylafleur's Birthday Extravaganza. Way too much. So many things were so tasty that one wanted to keep eating them... but with how many things there were, it was physically impossible. Your purple wool redingote looked really great!

And your wig DID come out fantastic! I was marveling that it was the same one I was wearing, and I look forward to futzing with mine to get it frizzier. Were your back/bottom curls an add on or did you somehow turn the wig hair into barrel curls? How did you get the wig to do that?

Sara did about 99% of the futzing with it, really, but she just teased and pinned the top part and then just forced the curls that were left out of the top to curl together down the back. She might have brushed them, not sure. There was a fair amount of hairspray involved, that I do know.

I think she did brush the back ones out a bit. From experience in doing the ringlets on my own hair, it was pretty simple to brush out a small section with a wire brush and then re-shape it into a ringlet. The curl already in the wig means it's not too hard to re-shape them.
