I'm attempting to download and install mods to SV for the first time today. If you don't hear from me, it means I've FUBAR'ed my computer and I'm crying in a corner.

Ok this is one of the games that people keep telling me I need to play. Can you summarize gameplay and what's enjoyable about it? I Have a minor understanding of it!
So SV is like Minecraft and FarmVille (or Harvest Moon if you are familiar with that) had an 8 bit baby. There is a farming aspect, a relationship building aspect, and monster fighting aspect. It is very chill, has some story elements but is also kind of “do what you want.” I like it because I can pick it up for 15 minutes and walk away or I can get going on a mine raid and be sucked in for hours. I find playing on the switch to be more my speed than PC but that’s just because I have fallen out of practice with wasd movement controls. It’s also just super cute. Give it more than one try if you do decide to play it. It took me a farm or two to really get into it. Oh! And I live for the Stardew Wiki.
