Where to start

Jun 10, 2012 15:41

So, I just got back from the (used) book store with the following:

Junot Diaz, The Brief Wondrous Life of Oscar Wao
Jennifer Egan, The Keep
Sam Lipsyte, The Ask
Marina Lewycka, Two Caravans

Any thoughts on which should go first?

Based on my own guilt and good intentions, I'd go with Diaz.

Plus, the other titles aren't ringing any bells.

Three of the four had pieces in the same New Yorker and I liked them all, but Egan's really did kick ass.

Second for Egan. It seems the most interesting to me.
