I knew it was a full gone conclusion given the story but he was a good presenter (his show replaced Tony Hart's thats no mean feat )
and its no way to go... really was hoping he'd just vanished somewhere.

A terrible shame but since he'd just lost his fiancee and effectively his career as well, it seemed fairly likely it would end up like this.

he's been missing since monday but it was mainly a London story as he was london based and went missing whilst travelling on the tube. They knew he wasn't in a good way so this is hardly a surprise but its still awful to hear.
