If you don't know for sure, then don't say it. (I learned this the hard way with DP - don't say it as a reaction.) You have to mean it with every fiber of your being. You have to know that once you say it, you can't un-say it. You have to think about what you want to achieve by saying it too, and what the repercussions will be. That's all the advice I have.
