1. what is your favorite kind of cheese? 2. would you choose beloit again, if given the chance? 3. what IS with the obsession with hair bands? 4. what are you doing this summer? 5. what will be the biggest change in your personality that beloiters will see in you upon your return? what about looks?
1. if you were stuck wearing one color, differnt shades of course, of clothing for the rest of your life, what color would that be?
green.
2. did you pick the right place to go for study abroad? yes and no. i realized after i got here that i've done the europe thing, and i know that saying that makes me come across as a pompous asshole, but i've been to the continent before and wasn't too shocked with the results. looking back, i really should have gone to senegal for a real challenging experience, i think i would have gotten more out of it. that said, i wouldn't take this semester back though for anything. i never would have come to brussels and my life would not have been the better for it. i also never would have met my host family and that would be unfortuanate because they are amazing. i made all the right choices once i got here, i am just slightly bummed about the normalcy of it all, and i never thought that study abroad would be normal. my culture shock was that there was no shock, if that makes sense.
