I found this difficult to read. Not because of the writing, or even the subject matter. However, I applaud the way you wrote about Dean and Castiel and even used Jensen and Misha. There are definately elements of Dean's character personality that reflect all the various versions you've used. I think it's just not my cup of tea.

I really enjoyed this story! I have to admit that I felt bad for Jensen when Cas started to favor Dean but, of course, he was only a personality, and Dean was the real person (and of course I wanted Cas to end up with Dean).

Michael was cool, and I loved that Dean had created him with the purpose of protecting Cas.

I wish I could read more about these two!

Well, English is not my first language so I hope I can say what I want to say without embarrassing myself. Well, here we go

I understand the huge gaps make it confusing. I'm a semi new writer for fics and I try to ask myself those things too. But the answer is yes, I'm making a sequel in order to answer those holey questions and continue the kid of castiel, Dean, Jensen, Misha, Michael, and Sam. Thank you for voicing your thoughts. It helps a lot actually!
