I wonder if Rose worked out it was him? - I don't think so. I think she will, later, and my head she'd keep it from the other Doctor as long as possible, but he'd figure it out soon enough.

This is gorgeous. It's heartrendingly bittersweet with a lovely pace to it - the Doctor's repeated 'shouldn't be here' added to the tension in a very clever and realistic way - and I love how much we learn from his observations.
