Seriously =D He was signing copies of his book in Birmingham. We got up at six, took the train in the dark and queued for three hours in the freezing cold. We must be mad.
He's terrifying. Taller than me sitting down, and he's got this great big voice. I squeaked, "omghithankyoubye!" and ran away, but my friend said, "We saw you in panto last week. You look good in ladies' underwear."
Know the feeling. I couldn't even look at him. He finished signing my book and looked up to say, "Thanks for waiting" or whatever and I just squeaked and ran off LOL.
I'm sort of glad it was a book signing and not a convention, as we got rushed through - at a convention I'd've had to speak properly. *grins*
*grins* He was signing his autobiography, so it's not as exciting as randomly bumping into him or something (especially considering the wait), but still.
