How did everyone hear about a certain DW S4 spoiler? (If you don't know what I mean yet, you're either living under a rock or a much stronger person than I)

*grins* Everyone always remembers where they were when they heard about bad stuff happening, so I thought I'd like to know where you all were when something good happened.

[grin] I was on LJ, putting the finishing touches on my TIL picspam fic. I saw that there were some new posts on my flist, but I was trying to get the info about the picspam posted to the various comms. I went to T&C to see which tags I needed to use, and I saw that there were "major s4 casting spoilers." I clicked, and the rest is history. History with a lot of squee, that is. :-)

I was at home work for the PRE BBC announcement spoilers and I emailed swankkat RIGHT AWAY. Held off the Squee for... well as you saw... worried it would be ripped from my fangirly hands.

Then I saw the BBC announcement the next morning at work... and squeed like the manic fangirl I am. (and usually can keep at bay). I'm elated to see her back.

I was actively avoiding the DW fandom because I've been working on a fanfic for another fandom, and didn't want to get distracted. Only in a lull, I opened up a Teaspoon story notification that came in my email where the description said something like, "In response to the HUGE new S4 casting spoiler", and when I saw who the characters in the story were, I went flying to my LJ to catch up on the news, thinking "OMG, OMG, OMG." And promptly squeed myself silly. *g*

Oh, and I actually made progress on my other fandom story today, so I'm doubly happy now, LOL.

I was at work. jlrpuck sent me an e-mail to let me know. And I said out loud, as I read it, "Shut. Up." Then forwarded it on to everyone I know.

Your lj, actually. And then on OG, I saw the link to the BBC offical announcement. And then I saw the piccies. And then I found it on the DW: News website. And then I was happy. ^.^
