So my kids are cleaning out their rooms of unwanted things, and i was about to post a ton of their old books to paperbackswap, but um....they've gone to a fee-per-transaction system?  When i'm already paying the shipping cost for sent books?  Ummmm nope

Sorry, I have no advice to offer. We live in Portland, so we tote boxes of books to Powell's Books, sell what they're interested in taking for secondhand resale, and give the rest to Goodwill.

Oh man, I wish we had a used book store! Closest one is 1.5 hours away :(

I paid the fee for the year of unlimited swaps, it wasn't much, and we swap a lot.
