Quality hand held shower head?

I'm looking for a quality hand held shower hear. By quality I mean metal, adjustable, powerful and with a flexible hose.

Anybody got any recommendations?

I have a Waterpik one that I picked up for like $25 at Target. My friend ended up getting the same one.

I have a Glacier Bay hand-held, silver metal finish shower head. It has 3 settings I think, and is pretty powerful. The hose is flexible, though when you first install it it will be a little stiff, but it does loosen up with use pretty quickly.

I got mine for $9.99 on special one day from Home Depot, and I'm sure they're not much more costly normally.
