Personally ill never have a credit card or even a debit card. If i dont have the money to buy something then tough shit. I just know it would get WAY out of hand and ill end up owing trillions of dollars.

I agree with Nick on the not wanting to owe money. Thats why i got a debit card. But i was unaware that they continue to charge you money when the amount you have runs out(and they charge you extra for going over). But i didn't even do that.

I called up PNC last night and it was a mistake on thair part. I bought a subscription to Time and Entertainment Weekly for 40 bucks and PNC took out 70 (and then charged me an addition thirty for going over the amount i had). So it was their own dumb fault. But the guy i talked to on the phone apologized and fixed it.

It was, however, suprising and aggravating.

But NOW I KNOW. And knowing is half the battle.
