and be depressed about being the tallest person in the country *chuckle* Really, that's the only thing you should be worried about. Sure there's all the pratical stuff and leaving friends and family behind, but say in about five years, you might really regret not going. It's an experience of its own. *shrug* For now, I'd say let things roll on their own toll, and if, at some point, it begins to feel like too much and too bad, you can always back out.
Maybe it would be better to think about all the things you're going to gain from going. New country, new friends, new ways to look at things, new everything. Finland, friends and family will always be here waiting for you :D (I won't even start about the money because imho what's the money good for if you don't use it to things that really make you happy?).
I'm probably the worst person to encourage you to go, seeing that I spent most of the summer moaning and whining D: But I really think its worth all the trouble and expences and much more. I was just a bit slow and undedrstood that only once I got home XD
Plus, if you start to have second thoughts once you're there (not likely to happen) you can always come back. If you wouldn't go you'd probably have more regrets :)
u wont lose your apartment cus I'm going to move there! ;) ja muutenki ei saa miettii noin ollenkaan, sun pitää miettii sitä upeana kokemuksena johon kaikilla ei todellakaan oo mahdollisuutta. be proud! :3
I do understand how you feel and that at a time like this is easier to think about your worries and fears because everything is still a bit uncertain. I know I find myself thinking occasionally if this was a good idea after all. ^^;; But I'm sure everything will be worth it in the end and our time in Japan will be awesome. There's no way you can regret going to Japan, and I'm sure you'd regret not going.
So, let's do our best so we can be in Japan at the same time! :3
