Chapter 3- Rebellion

She walked into her home and heard her mother and father arguing.

She remembered they weren't supposed to be home until next Tuesday. She walked up
to the study and pressed her ears to the door.

"Ashes, we can't stay here. There is another coven, at her school! They're going to force
her to join, and we'll never see her again."

"But Crow, we never gave her any boundaries for coven rules, we just said find a coven
that fits you, and join it. We never said she couldn't for any one else."

"But Ashes! They'll try to kill us! They've been after us for years!"

"Crow Black," her mother hissed. It was her warning tone. "You've been gone from this
child's life for almost ten years, you've shown up when it counts. You're the one that
started that whole feud thing between the two covens. She will join what ever coven
she likes."

"Don't talk to me that way! You are my wife and apart of my coven, you do not speak
to me that way."

"I was your wife before I was a member of your coven." She heard her mothers heavy
foot steps. She quickly walked back to the door and opened it, when her mother
walked in.

She closed it.

"Hello Idishidae." She smiled.

"Hello mother, I thought you weren't due until next Tuesday?"

"I wasn't but we decided to come home early."

She nodded and walked up to her room.

She could still hear her mothers anger. She fell back on the bed and looked at her
desk, it had all of her candles and daggers.

She sighed and looked out into her yard. The full moon was shining above them, she
stood and walked to the window of her red and black room. Her parents choice.
Gigantic room, king size bed. All her parents. She sat on the window seat and watched
the moon rise farther and farther over the sky, she looked at the clock, eleven fifty eight.

She looked back and swore she saw eyes up in the sky. Bright green jade eyes. Her
breath caught in her throat, the feeling of pain filled her heart. She closed her eyes and
the tears began to fall.

He looked up to the moon, and smiled, he knew she would be watching it, he saw her
face in the stars. He could feel the need to touch her face. He felt the burning in the
pits in his stomach.

He heard the door to his room open.

"Ville, what are you doing?" he knew Linde's voice in a crowd.

"Looking at the moon."

"Ville, are you thinking of that girl still?"

"I can't help it. It's like her image is clawing at my mind. It's like I know all of her fears. All
of her pain."

"You're imagining things Ville,"

"Maybe so."

"I'm coming to class with you in the morning."

"Linde," Ville spoke in a warning tone.

"I can help you, like with anything. I have nothing better to do."

He knew there was no choice.

He saw him walk away, and out of sight. He remembered the look she gave him a look,
a look he couldn't describe. It wasn't of innocence, but it had a look of pain behind her,
and lust. He shook his head, she was fifteen he couldn’t be thinking that.

He fell back on his bed, he couldn't get her out of his mind.

Lonely…

He sat up and looked around. Where had that voice come from?

Darkness

He closed his eyes, it was a low husky voice. Not one of the guys had it. He let his head
fall back.

He could feel the sweat begin to pool at his forehead.

Feel the burning sensation deep within is nether regions.

"Fuck." He mumbled, and couldn't stop hearing her voice.

He saw her body, the short stature she had, she looked amazing, nothing of size one,
two, or three, she had an amazing body.

He heard a knock on the door.

"Who is it?" he called out of breath, he would become fired if he let his true feelings slip
to the school, he couldn’t let any one else hear it.

"It's me." Burton called.

"Come in," he sighed and sat back and put a pillow over his extra extension.

Burton walked in and saw his predicament.

"Linde told me, are you sure you're going to be okay with the school?"

Ville nodded.

"It's going to be hell, but I can deal with it." He smiled and pushed on the pillow, and
slightly moaned.

"Well, if it's who Linde says it is, then we're going to have a problem. "

He shook his head.

It wasn't a big deal, he could deal with It.

Burton left him, and he set out on the task of relieving his pain.

She stood from her seat on the bed. She could feel eyes on her every where she
walked.

She sat in front of her computer and began to type up her language report.

Valo,

She could hear it in the back of her thoughts.

Why had that name sounded familiar.

She opened google, and typed in Valo.

The computer shut off.

"What the fuck!" she hissed.

"Maybe you're not meant to find out." She heard from a slight muffle on the other side of
her window.

She jumped and fell out of her chair and looked up to see a skinny man with blond
dreads.

She quickly backed against the door.

"Don't be afraid, I can't hurt you."

She glanced him up and down, he had a Wicca pentagram hanging from his neck.

She walked over to the window and unlatched the window.

"Who are you?" She hissed.

The blonde looked her in the eye, fear was laced with hate.

"Leader of a coven,"

She looked at his necklace and knew the symbol was different from any other she had
seen, it was a Wicca, but it wasn't close to like the one my fathers.

She stepped aside and let him in, he climbed in, his long les were nothing compared to
hers.

He turned and looked at her.

"I'm going to ask you this, one time."

He looked her in the eyes, his eyes were a smoky blue, nothing like she had ever seen,
just like, Mr. Valo.

She nodded.

"Are you anything like your…." They both heard a scream and then a crash.

She pushed past him and into the hallway to see three men entering through the
window.

They both ran into the study and pulled her mother and father out.

She saw them pushed her mother up the stairs.

Her mother looked back at her husband and ran back up the stairs and up to her
daughter.

"Sweetheart. Leave now." Her mother was out of breath, in pain by the slash on her
shoulder.

"Why momma, who are these men?"

"They're apart of the coven, they're upset, by the decision your father made a while
back."

"Are you both going to be okay?"

They both heard the insults the three men were screaming.

"We'll be fine, go to the bridge meet Vlad and Nadia, go some where, check for an
email from me or your father, you know how everything is. Like I told you when and if
this happened. Await for further instructions, in three to four weeks."

Her mother kissed her cheek for the last time and ran back into the hallway and into

her room.

Idishidae looked back into her room, the man was still there.

"Come on, the coven and I can keep you safe. We'll meet your friends at the bridge,
and we'll go from there?" he explained, but asked, all in the same question phrase.
"Pack three weeks worth of clothes."

She walked to her closet and pulled out a bag. Threw as much as she could into the
bag, all of her needed clothes fit. She grabbed her trench and walked to the window.

She turned to the man, as she heard another crash.

"Why are you doing this?"

He looked at her, one foot hanging out on to the ledge of the lower half of the house.
Her hair was up in a bun, very messy chunks falling out of it, her eyes weren't layered in
eyeliner like any other woman, she had a thing line, and it looked amazing. He looked
deep into her eyes and saw the fear laced around her, the coldness of her heart, the
love she gave to any one who would take it.

"Because, you need some where to stay, some place for you and your friends to call a
home for the time being."

She nodded and climbed out of the window, and walking to the other side of the
house, where there was no light, except for the light from a window. She threw her bag

into the field next to her home and silently climbs down when she hears her mothers screams.

Ear piercing screams. None of it could be heard for miles, all of the coven lived in the
little area of this half of the forest.

All either fled with their children and significant others, or they were the ones attacking
her home attacking her folks.

She jumped to the ground and looked into the window, the men had their backs to her. She saw them slap her mother across the face, she heard their laughter, as she shook with anger, she heard him jump next to her.

She felt his hand on her shoulder.

"Come on. We really should go before they hurt you."

She nodded and grabbed her own bag and walked down the street with him walking
next to her.

She looked into the house that belonged to Nadia. She saw her on the roof, looking
down on her yard.

"Nadia!" she called quietly.

She saw her blonde friend turn her head from the ground, and saw her brilliant blue
eyes shining with fear, hate, and tears.

She dropped her bag, and saw in through her window her second mother lying dead,

on the sofa, a very large gash on her neck, she was staring directly at her, her cold
dead eyes held the nothingness of hell, it sent shivers down her spine.

She ran through the house and up the stairs to the door that lead to her roof,

She saw her friend, her partner, and significant other, looking down on the concrete,
her only other family, besides Vladimir and herself, was dead. No one else.

"I'm sorry Izzy, I'm so sorry, I can't live with out my mom, you know I can't for the fifteen
years, I've been without you, Vlad, or my dad, she was the only consistency. I can't do
it."

"We have to Naddy, momma wouldn't want you to do this, Vlad wouldn't either." Look
down there, she said pointing to the man. "He is willing to save us, give us some where.
Some life other than here. He's also a coven leader."

Her friend looked back, and smiled at her friend, but she shook her head as she did so.

"Naddy, I can't loose you!" her voice was in pain, full of the misery she was suffering.

"Idishidae, you're one very strong person. You can live without this dim lit star, I've been
fading for so long, you can find some one so much better than me. I was just there to
show you the wonders of this whole world you know now"

"Naddy, you showed me this world, the true way it is. How evil some one can be, and
show me every hate suffering way. I couldn't walk this world without you."

"You'll have to one day. I'm just here for now. And so is Vlad, we're only here for a short
time. Your father predicted it in the stars, my mother predicted it in the stars, we're only
here until there is a change. And I would say the coven rebelling is a sign of change."

Her friend walked over, her hips were swaying in her hip hugger jeans, her once
bounce was now a flat footed walk. Nothing was the same with her, not anymore the
Nadia she once knew was gone, dead to the world.

She hugged her friend, she could hear take in the scent of her lovers perfume. Deep
Brazilian Vanilla.

Idishidae took in the scent of her lover, jasmine, and honeysuckle.

"I love you Idishidae, I'll always be in your heart. Go see Vladimir now. He'll be doing the
same." She kissed her lover deeply on the lips before pushing her back into the house.

"I love you Nadia." She whispered, before running out into the street where the man
stood.

"Come on," she mumbled, when she heard the sound of bone hitting concrete, she let
one lone tear fall, but the pain in her chest was too much, as she saw Vlad siting on the
balcony of his home. She saw the silver of his pistol.

She collapsed on her knees, and dryly sobbed.

The man with dreads picked her up, and led her to the boy.

"You know the drill Dizzy," he mumbled.

She nodded climbed up the balcony stairs and into his awaiting embrace.

"I'm sorry, but it's in the stars, and I can't defy the stars.'

"I know lad, I know."

"Don't cry over us. We'll be here." He said putting his hand over her breast, gesturing her
heart.

"Nadia and I have known this for years, Dizzy, you'll find some one, and it will be some
one, you least expect, and you'd be surprised, at who I think it is." He kissed her deeply
and pushed her towards the stairs and she walked down them. And walked away with
the man, she gasped when she heard the bang of the pistol, and flinched.

She shed one more tear, before she reached the bridge, and there she collapsed and
cried, begging the gods, to take her away.
