Sprinks' Random Thoughts Part 6 (Yoruichis' motivations, UraYoru vs. YoruSoi)

Jun 28, 2010 14:29

Okay, so today I'll be talking about the reason why Yoruichi really left Soi Fon behind in SS and SS in general. Some YoruSoi fans say that it was out of love for Soi Fon, to protect her, and that Yoruichi only left to help Urahara out of obligation. But that is just a fan speculation, that has no proof behind it whatsoever, and a lame excuse ( Read more... )

If it was out of "so-called" love for Soi Fon, then why didn't Yoruichi apologize to her???? Hmmmm? Seriously, so many fans look over that significant detail. If she left Soi Fon out of love, then obviously, a lover would apologize for abandoning their lover-regardless of their reasons. Yoruichi didn't apologize to Soi Fon, because Yoruichi wasn't truly sorry for leaving Soi Fon behind. Sure, maybe she felt a little guilty, but not enough to apologize or regret leaving Soi Fon behind ( ... )

Thing is, if she REALLY wanted to be with Soi Fon, she would've been with her already. If she DIDN'T care about Kisuke, then she wouldn't have left SS with him. If her main priority was only to take down Aizen, why wouldn't she just live in SS again with Soi Fon and take orders from Kisuke from there? Answer: She wants to be with Kisuke, whereever he is. Everytime, all the time.

Wow that was a lot to type...and I still want to type more. xD Damn, I want to write a whole essay about this! lol But thank you for bringing this stuff up Mar.<333 It was really fun and took a whole load off me.~

An associate of mine came to me with news of a new YoruHara LJ that just popped up. Lo and behold who do I find behind it but none other than the Princess Sprink herself.

What surprised me more than that astounding coincidence was the fact that the first post I see references something I said to you during an exchange that we had a while back.

I have no interest in starting another protracted exchange like the ones we've had in the past. All I'm going to say is this: I find it a bit amusing that, even though you think I'm completely wrong (and I have revised my theories since then as well), you are willing to spend to much time and effort refuting me.

So, are you saying that there's a problem with me posting about a couple I like?

Or were you that annoyed by the fact that another UraYou fan, (who just happened to be me) is here, that you just couldn't resist the urge to write something?

I really don't see what the problem is here. My posts weren't personally directed to you in any way at all. There are many others who have said the same opinions that you have stated, that I've heard over and over again. And so I just wanted to make my points and views about it clear to others, who may also have the same thoughts as me as well.

Why would I waste my time on something, just to go against one specific person? I never post anything unless it is for the purpose of supporting my pairing. It has nothing to do with you, and if it has offended you, well I'm sorry to hear that.

And if you think that me "spending my time being devoted to a couple I like", is instead "me wasting my time refuting you"...then you've got some problem.

Fair enough. This is your LJ and it is your right to post (nearly) anything you want here. I actually wasn't going to pay this journal any mind, live and let live, but some of the more...enthusiastic(?) YoruSoi shippers asked me to get involved, and I'm not afraid to get my hands dirty, so to speak ( ... )

OMG, you don't understand the UraYoru relationship at all do you? Why do people speculate things more than they need to be, just to try and find some hidden truth in it all, when the evidence is already pointing at them right in the face? I'll never know. Are you trying to make up random excuses now, since the first one didn't work out too well for you ( ... )
