 kara_suma0 was kind to scan most of the pictures in Takeru's Personal Book of the Buru Magazine and this by far is my favorite picture for some reason! I don't know he just looks so happy and crazy in this one >.<

Well I don't know where you can download. She put the scans on a community that I can't remember and all I did was save the pics to my computer. Go try jrockscans, that might be it.
